The twin towers of Ariel Dunes are located in Miramar Beach with an outstanding location right off Scenic Gulf Drive. At the present time there are eight additional units under contract and pending a closing listed from $214,500 for a one bedroom 732 square foot unit up to $449,900 for a three bedroom unit with 1,558 square feet.

Currently 42 condominiums are for sale which is about 20% less inventory than the amount sold in the previous twelve months which places an impetus on stable rising prices.
