Welcome to the wonderful world of Ariel Dunes! The two towers of Ariel Dunes provide an awesomely urbane vacation in high-rise skyscrapers with Vegas sophisticated style, but overlook the dazzling emerald hued gulf. Each building is dramatically up-lighted at night crowned with columned porticoes, which resemble classic ancient temples. Both towers are about 200 yards from the 2,000 linear feet of the shimmering crystalline white sand beach it shares with the Majestic Sun. There are five gigantic swimming pools throughout the complex with an amazing total of 23,000 square feet of fun watery refreshment.
Ariel Dunes I faces the glistening gulf toward the southern horizon. Two pools produce a visual mirage. When you approach the building down the palm lined entry boulevard from a distance, it appears to magically float above the water. These pools comprise 12,000 square feet of sparkling fun. A shallow “zero entry” at one end is great for kids since it also has a mushroom shaped waterfall that splashes down below. Casual poolside drinks and dining are conveniently available at the Cabana Cafe on the first floor. It’s open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A recently remodeled fitness center is also available on-site.
Ariel Dunes II, the fraternal twin tower of Ariel Dunes I, faces in a southwesterly direction which makes it a great locale for spectacular sunsets that occur here especially from autumn till early spring when it sets into the gulf. Ariel Dunes II also faces a large natural lagoon and the adjacent Seascape Resort championship golf course where our guests receive special rates. The three additional pools beside Ariel Dunes II wrap around its base providing vivid vistas across the big beautiful lagoon and the lovely golf course. These pools sit side by side and encompass 11,000 square feet. There also a state-of-the-art fitness center on-site that features a steam room and sauna. Each floor has a glass walled elevator lobby that offers sweeping views across the peninsula towards the north and the wide expanse of Choctawhatchee Bay.
We offer our esteemed guests a wide variety of distinctive vacation rentals in both buildings. Every property is worthy of pampered residential living with nine foot ceilings and an eight foot tall sliding glass door in the living area that offers sensational views of the dazzling gulf from individual balconies. Some are accessible from both the main open living area and bedrooms. All of these vacation rentals have a spacious open floor plan for living and dining. They include full open kitchens and gleaming granite topped bars with seating for extra guests. The spacious combined living areas are comfortably and fashionably appointed. Both towers of Ariel Dunes are located just off Scenic Gulf Drive in magical Miramar Beach, near popular restaurants that dot the coast here beside the jewel toned waters. Miramar Beach is also home to Silver Sands, the nation’s largest Discount Designer Outlet. Fine restaurants, specialty stores, seasonal festivals, family amusements and free concerts are close by at Grand Boulevard as well as Baytowne Village in Sandestin.
